Forms are fine when a call is not. Denise replies personally, usually within one business day, and the form lets you gather the details first: address, timeline, price thoughts, and questions.
For sellers, attach what you know: purchase year, mortgage balance, improvements, timeline. For buyers, share the neighborhoods you are considering and how far you are from ready. For new construction, the builder's name and community help Denise prepare before the first conversation.
Every inquiry is answered by Denise herself, never routed to a voicemail farm, and never sold to a third party. Your information stays between you and her practice.
